To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved


What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging

Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Are there any charges for return?

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
  • If we have sent you the wrong item we will be happy to cover the return!


What returns services do you use?

  • For smaller items - we use Royal Mail, we will send you a label for you to return to a post office at your convience, Cost of return is £3.50
  • For Larger Items (Over £75) - We use DPD Local service, for this we will arrange a collection from youself. Cost of return is £7.50 


How soon will I get my refund?

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Custom Fitted Product Returns?

Any custom fit, personalised or special ordered items that are not standard stock cannot be returned for credit note or refund (unless supplied as faulty, not fit for purpose or not as described).
