How does next working day delivery work?
Next working day delivery allows us to pack up and dispatch your order before 1pm and get it sent on a next working day available. This does not include bank holidays or weekends. Delivery to Northern Ireland and parts of Scotland are a two-working day delivery.
Can I pick my 1 HOUR window with DPD?
Unfortunately, you are not able to pick a one hour delivery slot. DPD will text and email you on the morning of delivery with the 1 hour delivery slot.
Can I choose a safe place or drop off point with DPD?
One of the best features of using DPD as out courier is that they allow you to take control of your delivery.
DPD text and email you with a 1 hour delivery window on the morrning of delivery. You can choose for your parcel to be delivered to a safe place around your home or at a DPD drop off point.
IMPORTANT: should you choose to have the parcel delivered to a place other than the address on your order (i.e. the safe place or drop off point), therefore Evolution Golf are not liable should the parcel go missing.
Who do you use to delivery your orders?
We currently use DPD for any large parcels and orders over the value of £100 and for smaller goods we you the Royal Mail tracked services.
How long will my order take for delivery?
When choosing any product on our website there is an estimated delivery date available. It will also be displayed at checkout and again when receiving your order confirmation.
My order is late, what can I do?
In the unlikely event of your order being late, you can contact the Evolution Golf team via email at online@evolutiongolf.co.uk
In your order please include your order number, contact information and postcode of delivery so the team can look into the order.
Please Note:
If for any reason your parcel has not been received after a 5 working day window from receiving our confirmation of shopping, please let us know.
We will not be able to send replacement orders for items not delivered if they are not reported to us in a timely manner.
