Returns
If we have sent the wrong item or the item has arrived faulty/damaged, the cost of returning your purchase will be refunded or covered by us*. We recommend using a reputable courier service with a tracked delivery option.
Evolution Golf will not reimburse any supplementary costs if you choose a delivery service other than the least expensive method.

Return Exclusions
You may return unused products in their original packaging and with the labels still attached within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the following items for returns or refunds unless they are deemed faulty:
- Packs of socks that have been split.
- Packs of gloves that have been split.
- Clothing with labels removed.
- Socks or base layers that have been worn.
- Blister packs that have been opened.
- Products customized, personalised, or built to specific requirements.
- Second-hand, ex-display, or ex-demo items unless delivered faulty.
Note: Returns for custom-fit or second-hand items will only be accepted if they were delivered faulty.
What Are the Next Steps?
You have two options to proceed:

Replace the Item Quickly:
To minimise delay, place a new order for the replacement item as soon as possible. Then, return the original purchase and request a full refund for it. -
Wait for a Refund:
If you prefer not to reorder, return the item to us with a note, and we’ll issue a refund as soon as the return is processed.
Processing Returns
Our returns department begins processing items as soon as they are received. Refunds will only be issued once we’ve inspected the goods to ensure they meet our return terms and conditions. In some cases, products may need to be sent to the supplier for further inspection.
