Trade In Examples
Our trade-in experts are highly trained to provide precise market valuations and will guide you in accurately grading your clubs' condition using our Condition Guides. Before requesting a quote, please ensure your clubs do not fall under the 'Unacceptable' category.
To provide an accurate valuation, our team requires details about your clubs' condition and full specifications, including: manufacturer, model, dexterity, loft, set makeup, shaft type, grip, headcover, and any custom fit adjustments (e.g., length, lie angle, grip thickness).
We provide valuations for most golf clubs, but not all equipment qualifies for trade-in. Certain brands, conditions, or specifications may be excluded. Our team will guide you on any restrictions and eligibility.
Once you accept the valuation, the entire process typically takes up to 7 working days. This includes arranging a FREE return of your clubs, verifying their condition, and applying your trade-in credit to your new order.
Once your trade-in is processed, you'll receive an email confirmation detailing the amount credited to your Evolution Golf account, linked to your email address. When adding items to your basket, you'll have the option to apply your store credit towards your purchase at checkout.
To check your store credit, visit the Evolution Golf homepage and click "My Account" in the top right corner. Enter your email address, and you'll receive a login code to access your account. Once logged in, click your initials in the top right, select "Profile" from the dropdown menu, and your store credit balance will be displayed at the bottom of the page.
If your clubs don’t match the condition grade stated in your trade-in quote, we’ll provide a revised valuation for your approval. If you choose not to proceed, your clubs can be returned to you for a shipping fee of £6.95.
