🕐 Delivery Options by Day
Next Working Day Delivery (Mon–Thu)
- Orders placed by 1pm, Monday to Thursday, are dispatched the same day for delivery on the following working day.
- "Working day" means Monday to Friday and excludes weekends and bank holidays.
- Orders placed after 1pm will be processed on the next working day.
Friday Orders
- Orders placed before 1pm on Friday using Next Working Day service will be delivered on Monday.
- Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
Saturday Delivery
- Orders placed by 1pm on Friday can be upgraded to Saturday Delivery (£9.95) at checkout.
- This premium service guarantees delivery on Saturday for time-sensitive orders.
Weekend Orders
- Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday using Next Working Day service will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

🚚 Our Delivery Partners
We work with two trusted courier partners to ensure reliable and timely delivery across the UK:
📦 Royal Mail
- Used for smaller parcels and lighter items
- Typically delivered within 48 hours once dispatched
- Tracking provided via Royal Mail's online tracking portal
- Deliveries made Monday–Saturday (excluding bank holidays)
🚚 DPD
- Used for larger or higher-value items requiring guaranteed next-day service
- Fully tracked, timed delivery service with text/email updates
- Deliveries made Monday–Friday between 8am–6pm
- Saturday delivery available in select areas (choose at checkout)
We automatically allocate the most appropriate courier for your order based on parcel size, weight, and delivery speed selected at checkout.
📍 Delivery Areas
We deliver to all UK mainland addresses. Delivery times may vary for remote locations such as the Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland.
🔒 Signature Required: All deliveries require a signature for security. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address, or select Click & Collect if preferred.
🏦 Bank Holidays
Orders are not dispatched or delivered on UK bank holidays. Orders placed during these periods will be processed on the next working day.
📲 Tracking
When your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number and courier details (Royal Mail or DPD) so you can follow your parcel's journey in real time.
⏰ Delayed or Missed Deliveries
While we always aim to meet our delivery timeframes, occasional courier delays may occur due to factors outside our control (such as severe weather, traffic, or network disruption).
If your order is delayed, please contact us at help@evolutiongolf.co.uk, and we'll resolve it promptly.
📝 Important Notes
- All delivery timeframes are based on working days (Monday–Friday) and exclude weekends and bank holidays, unless a Saturday delivery option is selected at checkout.
- 1pm cut-off time applies to all services for same-day dispatch
- Orders are processed in the order they are received
- Custom-built clubs and electric trolleys may require additional processing time before dispatch
