Description
The Mizuno Pro 241 is a precision-crafted muscle-back iron designed for shot-makers, with its mass strategically positioned behind impact for optimal performance.
Crafted through meticulous attention to detail, the Mizuno Pro 241 is a testament to the enduring partnership between Mizuno's R&D team and its exclusive Grain Flow Forging plant in Hiroshima, Japan.
Each iron is forged as a single piece using the Grain Flow Forged HD process from 1025E Pure Select mild carbon steel, a tradition upheld at Mizuno's iconic Hiroshima facility since 1968. A microlayer of copper beneath Nickel Chrome ensures the purest, softest feel, reminiscent of the legendary TN87, reintroduced in 2019.
The center mass positioning enhances feedback, resulting in a softer, more extended sensation upon impact, a characteristic identified through Mizuno's Harmonic Impact Technology and validated via extensive tour testing. Additionally, an aggressive tapering of the upper blade portion ensures an ideal trajectory throughout the set, with long irons offering a flighted trajectory and short irons penetrating ball flights.
Standard features include premium components such as the KBS Tour shaft and Z-Cord grips. For further customization, players can opt for any upgrade shaft or grip at no additional cost through custom build.
