After you complete your order, your exact fitting specifications are sent directly to the manufacturer. Their certified club builders then build each club to your custom measurements using precision equipment to ensure the highest quality and performance.
Typically, custom fit clubs take 2-3 weeks from the date of your fitting to delivery. This timeframe allows for precise manufacturing and quality checks. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
While walk-ins are welcome subject to availability, we highly recommend booking an appointment to ensure a fitting bay and expert fitter are reserved for you. This guarantees you receive our full attention and the best possible fitting experience.
Yes, you can change or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Please bring your current clubs if you have them, comfortable clothing suitable for swinging, and golf shoes if possible. We'll provide everything else needed for your fitting session, including balls and any additional equipment.
