MAINFRAME
Developed with the assistance of AI, MainFrame employs a dynamic network of grooves, channels, and cavities intricately milled into the backside of the club face on the ZipCore XL's 4i–7i. This innovative pattern maximises flex at impact, enhancing the coefficient of restitution (COR). Additionally, MainFrame utilizes weight pads to position mass low and deep, elevating the moment of inertia (MOI) and optimising the Centre of Gravity for increased forgiveness.
ZIPCORE
In the 8i–SW lofts, ZipCore replaces heavy steel in the hosel and heel with an exceptionally lightweight yet sturdy, vibration-dampening material. This repositions the Centre of Gravity precisely where the ball is struck, resulting in more consistent launch, spin, and distance. Paired with our XL Head Design, ZipCore offers a wealth of high/low and heel/toe MOI for enhanced forgiveness, feel, and control.
XL HEAD DESIGN
Our XL Head Design showcases a substantial, cavity back profile with refined shaping and weighting across the entire range. Thanks to the additional weight savings from ZipCore and MainFrame, we've redistributed this weight to the perimeter of the clubhead, elevating the MOI for remarkable forgiveness.
HYDRAZIP
ZipCore XL Irons feature HydraZip technology, along with loft-specific grooves, to ensure balanced spin performance across every club in the set.
In 4i–7i lofts, HydraZip employs a rougher face blast with wider, flatter grooves to minimise unwanted spin that can detract from your carry distances. Conversely, 8i–SW lofts receive a slightly smoother blast but with thinner, deeper grooves to enhance spin on approach shots. Wedge lofts also benefit from laser milling, providing superb short-game control and improved performance in wet conditions.
V-SHAPED SOLE
The V-Shaped Sole, with its raised leading edge, allows these irons to glide through the turf without dragging, preserving the power generated throughout your swing. Despite its elevation, the lower trailing edge retains some workability, enabling shot shaping.
ACTION MASS CB
Action Mass CB incorporates an 8-gram counterweight at the end of the shaft near the grip's top. The sensation of added weight in your hands helps the club feel lighter, fostering a more stable, controlled backswing.
