The Mizuno JPX ONE Fairway Wood is designed to deliver explosive distance with a high launch and controlled spin, making it a versatile option for a wide range of golfers. Developed with feedback from tour advisors but built in a confidence-inspiring, midsized profile, it offers powerful performance without sacrificing playability.
At the core of the design is Mizuno’s enhanced CORTECH Chamber, which strategically increases the gap between the internal metal structure and the club body. This chamber houses a stainless-steel weight encased in elastomeric TPU, reducing stress on the face while creating an additional energy source at impact. By positioning weight closer to the face, spin is reduced and ball speed is maintained, producing a more solid and powerful feel through the strike.
The high-energy MAS1C steel face has been refined with a new multi-thickness construction, enabled by the support of the CORTECH Chamber. This works in conjunction with an 8-gram backweight and a heavier front section to promote consistent launch conditions and dependable distance control.
A lightweight carbon composite crown helps lower the centre of gravity while maintaining stability on off-centre hits. Added versatility comes from Mizuno’s Quick Switch Hosel, offering up to four degrees of adjustability to fine-tune loft and flight. Available in lofts from 15° to 24°, the JPX ONE Fairway Wood blends speed, forgiveness, and adjustability to meet modern distance gapping and shot-shaping demands.
