Description
Srixon ZXi5+ Gen 2 Golf Irons
Players Distance. The New Model In The Range.
The ZXi5+ is new for this generation and replaces the ZXi4 in the line-up. It sits in the players' distance slot – a longer blade, a wider sole and stronger lofts than the ZXi5, aimed at mid to higher handicappers, or at better players who want a few extra yards through the long irons.
Like the rest of the range it is a multi-piece forging with a soft S20C carbon steel body, a SUP10 spring steel face and tungsten toe weighting in the longer irons.
MainFrame iQ
An AI-assisted variable face thickness pattern – channels, grooves and notches milled into the back of the face. It increases face flex for ball speed and frees mass low and to the perimeter for MOI, reducing face mass by up to 8%. On a distance iron this is doing most of the heavy lifting.
i-FORGED Construction
Srixon's condensed forging process hammer-presses protrusions into the head to condense the grain structure, giving the soft feel of forged carbon steel without the loss of strength. Reworked this generation with Japanese forger Endo.
Progressive Grooves & Laser Milling
Wider grooves through the long irons; narrower, deeper and closer-set from the 8-iron down for approach spin, with laser milling between the grooves for friction in the wet.
Tour V.T. Sole
Tuned sole widths, bounce angles and notching for clean turf interaction.
Lofts
3i 19° · 4i 21° · 5i 23° · 6i 26° · 7i 29.5° · 8i 33.5° · 9i 38° · PW 43°
