Srixon ZXiU Gen 2 Left Handed Utility Iron
The Long Iron That Actually Goes. Built Left Handed.
The second-generation ZXiU is Srixon's answer to the gap between a 5-wood and a 4-iron – a driving iron with the look of a players' club and considerably more help behind the face than that suggests. Left handers get the full range of lofts and shafts here, which is far from guaranteed in this category.
Srixon have reworked the head for this generation: the cavity notch has been removed and the sole reshaped, which cleans up turf interaction off tighter lies and from the tee.
MainFrame iQ
An AI-assisted variable face thickness pattern – milled channels, grooves and notches behind the face. It increases face flex and frees up mass low and towards the perimeter, raising MOI. Srixon claim the design reduces face mass by up to 8%.
i-FORGED Construction
Srixon's condensed forging process hammer-presses protrusions into the head to condense the grain structure in key areas, letting them use a softer carbon steel for feel without giving up strength. Reworked this generation with forger Endo to strengthen the material around the grooves.
S20C Body, SUP10 Face
A soft S20C carbon steel body paired with a SUP10 spring steel face, finished with a mirror-polished back.
Tour V.T. Sole
Tuned sole widths, bounce angles and heel and toe notching, so the head glides rather than digs.
