Mizuno Fairway Woods

Mizuno fairway woods bring together the brand's decades of metalwood expertise with tech that actually helps you launch it higher and straighter, whether you're hitting off the deck or pinging one from a tee. We stock the JPX ONE models for players who've got a decent handle on their game, and the JPX ONE Tour for those who like to shape shots and flight it lower. Evolution Golf is an authorised Mizuno dealer, and you can book a proper fitting session at our Ringwood shop to sort out the right loft, shaft, and setup for how you actually swing.

Range Overview

If you're a mid-to-high handicapper who wants something that gets the ball up without too much fuss, this is your best bet. The JPX ONE sits in the middle ground – bit more compact at address, faster face tech for proper ball speed, and it suits confident ball-strikers who want distance without giving up control.

Then there's the JPX ONE Tour. Smaller head, lower flight, built for single-figure golfers who like to work the ball and don't need the extra help. We've also got a selection of approved pre-owned Mizuno woods, including some of the older Widec and T-Zoid models. They're still brilliant clubs if you want proven performance without spending new-club money.

Why Evolution Golf

We're an authorised Mizuno dealer, so everything we sell is genuine UK spec with the full manufacturer warranty behind it.

Our custom fitting service at Ringwood means you can try different shafts and lofts on a launch monitor and actually see the numbers – spin, launch angle, carry distance, all that. Takes the guesswork out of it.

We ship quickly across the UK and our returns policy is straightforward (no weird fine print). Whether you're after something fresh out the box or browsing our pre-owned selection, you'll talk to fitters who know how these Mizuno woods behave with different swings. No sales spiel, just honest advice.

FAQ

Which Mizuno fairway wood is most forgiving?

The JPX One. Its re-engineered Cortech Chamber and MAS1C face maximise face flexion to preserve ball speed on mishits, while the composite crown repositions weight low and deep for effortless high launch. The Speed Bevel sole also glides through tight lies with minimal resistance — making it one of the easiest Mizuno fairway woods to hit from the tee or the deck.

Can I get a Mizuno fairway wood fitted at Evolution Golf?

Absolutely. Book in at our Ringwood store and you can test different shafts and lofts with the launch monitor running. Usually takes half an hour to 45 minutes, and it makes sure your fairway wood sits nicely in the bag with your driver and irons.

What's the difference between JPX ONE and JPX ONE Tour fairway woods?

JPX ONE is a touch bigger and more forgiving – higher MOI, easier to get away with off-centre hits, suits mid-handicappers nicely. The Tour version is smaller, spins less, and you can move it around more if you want to shape shots. Better players tend to prefer the Tour because it gives them that bit more control and a flatter, more penetrating flight.
